What does Lake Martin's Home Guard do?
The Lake martin Home Guard will check on your lake home after a storm to make sure there is no damage to the home, if there is a tree, limb or other storm damage on the home we immediately contact you to inform you. We work closely with many insurance companies and are well aware that the insurance companies require a home owner to immediately do what they can to stop any further damage from occurring, waiting to get this done can sometimes cost the home owner a significant amount of money if the insurance company becomes aware that the problem was not tended too immediately and thus resulting in further damage to the residence.
We also check your water meter for activity during our visits to insure there are no leaking or broken water pipes in your home, as well as check the grounds just to give you the piece of mind that your home and property is as it should be, also if you call us we can make special visits to your home and check on your property if your home security system activated.

What else can Lake Martin's Home Guard do for it's customers?
We will also meet someone at the house for a special delivery or a contractor your waiting on a bid from. We will also put away lawn equipment that may have been left out or just make sure that your watercraft is secure.

How much does this service cost?
We have several options to choose from

• Option 1: $89.95 a month this will allow you four scheduled visits a month to your home.
• Option 2: $ 99.95 a month this will allow you four scheduled visits a month and one special visit a month (one special visit at the request of the home owner a month).
• Option 3: $129.99 a month will allow you four scheduled monthly visits and three special visits a month.
• Option 4: $159.99 a month will allow you four scheduled monthly visits, three special visits, and blowing leaves/debris from decks and porches..
• Option 5: $400.00 a month will allow you four scheduled monthly visits, three special visits, and blowing leaves/debris from decks and porches and 2 house cleanings per month.

Yes! For your peace of mind we will take digital photos of your home and email them to you the day of our visit so you can see for yourself that everything is fine.
